Step 1. New clients fill out a capture form and receive an automated email with login details.

Step 2. Old clients receive a manually sent email with login details.

Step 3. Clients should check spam/junk folders if they don’t see the email.

Step 4. Login information is included in the email, and clients can log in automatically via the provided link.

Step 5. Upon first login, clients are prompted to add CBCove to their home screen for quick access.
