Step 1. After booking an event with the Crystal Ballroom, you'll receive an email from the venue with your login info.
Step 2. You should check spam/junk folders if you don’t see the email. The email will be from support@cbcove.com
Step 3. Your login information is included in the email, and you'll be able log in automatically by clicking the link provided.
Step 4. Upon first login, you'll be prompted to add CBCove to their home screen for quick access.
